  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • Wrong size sent by mistake
  • Wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vaanifitwear.co.uk with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error was ours)

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues (subject to availability).

If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

7. Order Cancellation
